This Privacy Policy explains what information AlphaQuant ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use the website at alpha.cyberworld.app and the related services (together, the "Service"), why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your mobile phone number, which we use to send a one-time verification code and to identify your account. You may optionally set a username and a password; if you do, we store a salted hash of the password, never the password itself.
Usage information. We record how the Service is used so that we can operate it and enforce plan limits — for example which pages you open, which companies you analyse, when you last signed in, and how many requests you have made. We also process standard technical information that your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address and user-agent string.
Content you create. Companies you follow, positions you record in the simulated ("paper") portfolio, and similar settings are stored with your account.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive only limited transaction details — such as the order reference, amount, currency, status, and the plan purchased. We never receive or store your full card number, bank credentials, or other payment instrument details.
AlphaQuant is a research and data-analysis tool. It is not a brokerage and does not connect to any trading account. As a result we do not collect or process trading credentials, brokerage account numbers, order data, or any information about your real-world holdings or assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in — specifically an access token and basic account details. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage will sign you out.
We share information with vendors only as needed to run the Service, and only to the extent described here:
We keep account and usage information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Verification-code records are retained for a short period for rate-limiting and abuse-prevention purposes.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. You can also stop using the Service at any time. To make a request, email us at clusterlee@qq.com.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights — for example the right to object to certain processing or to receive your data in a portable format — we will honour those rights in accordance with local law.
We use global infrastructure providers, which means your information may be stored and processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children, and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
